CD Information Not Being Downloaded

When I try to rip a CD, I am getting an error message that says the information about the songs is not on-line, do I still want to import the CD. When I click "no" and then when I click "options" and "get track names," I get an error message that says "no error." I am trying to rip Taylor Swift's 1989. I can't imagine that CD isn't in GraceNotes. My "automatically import song names from Internet box" is checked, and I verified that I am on-line. How do I fix this? I just installed version 12.3.3 of iTunes, which I guess is the most recent version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
