Hi, I have an Ipod Touch, 5th generation, not sure what IOS it is (either 8 or 9) and it is always off. When I press the power button or the home button it will display the apple logo, but it will sit their and do nothing until it dies. If I do it while it is plugged in it will just sit their with the apple logo, but won't do anything and it will stay like this for over 24 hours. I've tried plugging it into a computer but I Tunes doesn't recognize that it is plugged in. I've tried restarting it. I also followed the instructions on the apple website that said to plug it in to a computer and hold both power and home buttons until it said the plug into iTunes picture, but it doesn't do anything. Is their any way to fix it or should I make an appointment with the apple store and get them to fix it ? Any help anyone can give me would be very appreciated!
