Is there a way to convert photos from JPEG to PDF for exporting to a third party sever? Or, how do I export a PDF file in iBooks to the pages app.

Right click the JPEG file and choose open with > Preview. Then from the Preview Edit menu choose Export as PDF.
Or, in Pages from the File menu choose Export as PDF.
