water damage iphone 6

I have an iPhone 6 that recently has water damaged. I tried my best to dry it. After several days I plugged it in and it does boot up. The can barely see the lockscreen and the time but nothing else. I tried using my fingerprint and also tried imitating the passcode as best I can but no luck. I at least want to do a backup of it before I toss the iPhone as the data is more important to me. ITunes is saying that I must unlock the phone first before I can backup. Any way Apple can unlock the lockscreen form there end if I provide all the information?
