How do I get a refund when I purchased a text tone but my wifi times out when it was about to download but I was still charged for it even though I don't have it on my device?
I tried to download a text tone, but my wifi stopped workin. I was charge for the tone, but it is not on my phone now. How will I get a refund for it?
