Is that anything to do with being unable to approve my iCloud keychain?
I can make a manual back up in iTunes and its set to back up to iCloud. Not sure what else I can do.
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
iPhone model? iOS version? How do you know that you can manually back up if the phone reports no backup for 57 weeks?
Have you tried signing out of iCloud, a forced restart, and then signing back in?
Forced Restart: Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Signing in and out is what popped up the message, clicking the backup now Button worked thanks.

When I logged out and in from iCloud it said I had not backed up for 57 weeks, when I look at iTunes it shows the phone and said I had backed up 2 hours before to this computer. iPhone 6 ,9.3.1.
The phone had been working and updating just fine , the only issue being the dialog asking to approve it for iCloud kept coming up. then trying to resolve that suddenly I see I had not backed up, which surprised me. iTunes now says I backed up to iCloud 2 hours ago and your computer 4 hours ago. Hopefully the request for approval for iCloud dialog won't come back.
