Is there compatibility between 23" aluminum Cinema  and   Mac Pro 4.1  2009  2.66 Ghz quad.

If you mean a model A1082 then that model has a DVI input and you connect it to the DIP port on the graphics card.

If you have the older model A8536 that model has a ADC connector and you need a mini displayport>ADC converter like
