Only the top half of my phone got wet, I dried off the phone, now it's in rice. What to do now?

My phone accidentally fell into the sink and only the top half of the phone got wet. After, it got wet I dried off the phone.Then, the screen rebooted a few times, the apple logo was showing, then I completely turned it off. Now I put the phone in rice. What should I do now? PLEASE HELP!

Even if you let it stay in the rice bag for a couple of days, the corrosion will set in sooner or later due to the contact to water.

Think about getting the device replaced by Apple, if you are willing to pay the Out-of-Warranty service fee, which would be $269 for a refurbished phone.
