Whatsapp header change post not shown on iPhone but can be seen on Motorola / Samsung

We have created a whatsapp group and finding an issue

Many people of the group Tried changing the group name simultaneously ( at the same minute) using various phones from different time zones

The issue is some members changes are visible and some not ;

person A can see person A , person C made the change

person C can see person A , person C made the change

person B can see person B , person C made the change but not A

person D can see person A, person B , person C made the change

Person E can see person A, person B , person C made the change

Why is this difference?

FYI,

A, B, C, E have iPhone n D has Motorola

A, B, C live in the same time zone
