Yes it works. But if you mean presets in Mainstage to work with, I didn't find any template so you have to customize.

You can map most knobs/sliders/buttons on your keyboard to MainStage functions and/ screen controls. There are no set "features" as such that suit any particular controller; you simply customize how you want MainStage to interact with whatever controller you're using. That's part of what makes MainStage so flexible and powerful.
