Can the iPhone 5s, 32,64 GB or 6, 64,128 GB be RFB ?
I can't find information about RFB products?
Might you have purchased a previously owned iPhone? Check its Activation Lock status here:

This describes Activation Lock. Briefly, if your iPhone is Activation Locked, you will never be able to use it.
What do you mean by "Can this models be 64 GB ? Or 32GB ?"
Refurbished models come in the exact same configuration as new phones. They don't make special versions for refurbs.

I heard that Apple make RFB phones only 16 GB. If the phone is 64 GB, for example, Apple make it 16 GB.
I want to understand, because I have seen a lot of RFB phones 32, 64 GB and this phones were fake.
But I did it. I bought a RFB phone 5s 16 GB, from authorized dealer.

No idea what "authorized dealer" you got this from, but I'm not aware of Apple selling "certified pre-owned" iPhones at all. I would be very suspicious...

Why would this matter in your case?
You have a 16GB iPhone 5S. You say it's working (presumably). You have a warranty in place. It has a valid serial number. What difference does all this make to your situation?
Refurbished iPhones are available in the same capacities as new ones. so yes they are available in 32, 64, 128...
Apple only uses refurbished iPhones as replacements for iPhones that are still under warranty. Apple will replace a defective iPhone with a refurbished one of the same capacity. So if you send a new iPhone in for a replacement due to a manufacturing issue you will get a refurbished iPhone that is identical to the one you sent in.
Apple does not in any shape or form sell refurbished iPhones by themselves.
Whoever you got this iPhone from, probably had theirs replaced, and this is what they were given. Whatever size it is, is the size that was turned in for replacement.

I mean Refurbished or CPO (Certificated Pre-Owned). I saw iPhone 5s and 6, 16 GB CPO. Can this models be 64 GB ? Or 32GB ?
Apple's warranty will replace your broken phone with a refurbished device with the exact same specs.
Check the validity of your purchase by entering its serial number here:
Serial number is valid. The iPhone is original.
And did the site tell you you have a warranty?
