Spotify Keeps Stopping When I leave Computer

I used to be able to play a Spotify playlist from my computer (streaming through the bluetooth radio or just listening), leave my computer to do other things or have a party, whatever. The music would just play. But after about 8 minutes now, apparently wi-fi shuts down or something happens and the playlist stops playing. If I'm at the computer working, it's not a big deal. If I'm away, it stops playing.

Thoughts?

Two things I've noticed can happen with iTunes music, after being transferred many times, songs suddenly skip, and if you don't set the repeat setting right, it will stop playing. Unobserved, it is hard to tell which is the problem, but if you can reproduce the issue visually, you will be able to tell what is happening.
