i got a brand new iPhone 5c about 1 month ago, they keep asking me to download 9.3.1 so I did. Later on I realize my phone been losing battery a bit quicker. So I thought it was my battery until I contact Apple and they did a test on my phone and said "My battery is 100% fine". I keep searching until people say it might be the IOS 9.3.1

I had the same issue with my 6S. They kept telling me the battery was fine and they even reinstalled brand new software into my phone. It still did it and verizon had to send me another phone.

WOW. Now I have to get a new phone 😟 good thing I have apple care. I might as well get a brand new one and hopefully it doesnt act the same way.
