Add number to contact from mail not working

Hello

I have an issue that I just bumped upon:

When I have a mail open on my iPhone and I press on a highlighted phone number, I get the different options of what to do with the number.

Among those options are Call <number>, Send Message, FaceTime Audio, Add to Contacts, Copy

None of these work. Whenever I press on any of these options, nothing happens

Any idea?

I have a 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1.

Try a forced restart - After shutting down all open apps using the app switcher - invoked by quick double press of the home button and swiping up on each app till it flies off the screen.

Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons down together till you see  logo - then release and allow normal boot up

Also is your email under any kind of corporate restriction? In other words do you get your work email on the phone? If so you also may want to consult with the IT at work
