Hi, i just purchased my daughter (6yrs old) an ipod touch. We need her to have access to Imessage and Facetime. I set her up on the Family Sharing but now we can not set up her imessage or facetime. How can we correct this issue?

Without any information about the problem it's very difficult to try and provide any help e.g what happens when you try to use her account in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime, if you are getting error messages what do they say, what have you tried to see if it fixes it ?

When I try to enter Apple ID in imessage i can't because it is all grey and on the top it says Verifying. same goes for facetime.
You've checked the settings on the iPod as per the link in my above reply ?
