i have the updated version. With Windows 7, when I plugged in the iPhone, I tunes opened and I could access all my music, apps and photos. It does not work with Windows 10. The iTunes drivers are all up to date.

Have you tried resetting the iPhone? Hold down the home and power/sleep buttons together for 10 to 15 seconds or until the Apple logo shows up. Then try again.
