Need help!!!!! I have been connecting 3 different external hard drive to my mac mini. They have been working fine up until yesterday. My mac mini stop recognising them. I can't see them in finder. I know very little of all these. Can someone help?

How do you connect them? Through a USB hub? Does the hub have a power connection, if yes use it.

- Try another cable
- Is the drive self-powered, that only powered by the USB bus? If so it could be that the USB port does not provided enough power. You can try a powered USB hub.
- Does it show in Disk Utility?
- Does it show in System Profiler under USB? You should see the chipset in the enclosure as well as the HD itself

its showing in my disk utility and system profiler. It just doesn't appear on the finder.
I have tried another cable. It doesn't work.
What is listed in Disk Utility about the disk?
