Unresponsive screen 6 plus screen after replacement

As you can tell from the topic..

my screen gets these random spasms of unresponsive was no matter what I touch or swipe down or up. Nothing. I recently replaced my screen with Apple and all was well for the first day until the next morning. I've searched online and I've hard resetted the phone as well as doing a full back up and restore. Still can't seem to resolve the issue. Will Apple do something about this if I take my phone back? Because if I have to waste, yet another Sunday, for them to tell me to back it up and restore it...

any suggestions would be appreciated but please don't tell me to do what I have already done. 🙂
