Q: halp me to uklock iphone

hellow I have trouble with my phone. so I was useing my iphone 4 with no problem but then I decice to reset it after I reset it Its asks me unknown email adress which I dont know so I cant use my main accaunts (****,****) what can I do? halp me please

It would appear that somehow your phone has engaged the Activation lock

Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

1. If you are the original owner - please Please make a Genius appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider. Please bring along the documents of ownership and proof of identity
2. If you purchased the phone second hand from someone - please contact them for help in unlocking that device
Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support
