How do I restore my fusion drive back to its original state?

Long story short, I installed Windows 8.1 and things worked perfectly. I upgraded to windows 10 then my mouse and keyboard features stopped working. Tried to get Bootcamp windows assistant software for the drivers but accidentally saved it to my Bootcamp drive. Got an error and now windows is gone. I tried to reinstall windows 8.1 but I received an error that the volume is't accessible or it doesn't exist. (Boot camp worked perfectly the first time around! 😟

Now...I tried to manually make a partition via Disk Utility and it never completed so I forced quit...Now there is a virtual drive (wasn't there before). Not sure what is going on. Can I restore my drive to its original state? I've already backed up files to a drive so I am ready to do whatever is needed.

Are all of these partitions normal? I'm new to mac
