Q: My Ipod shuffle isn't recognized on my computer and won't sync

I got a new iPod shuffle and have been trying to sync music downloaded to my computer. However, plugging it in won't allow it to be added to my devices not can I sync the device. Please help.

Hi ckgastel,

I see that you have an iPod that is not being recognized by your Windows PC. I have two articles that should be able to help you troubleshoot this circumstance a little further:
