Can I capture a still image from a quicktime movie on a PC? I've tried ctrl shft 4 but it isn't working :(.

I am trying to capture still images from a video using quicktime pro on a PC? There are lots of answers for how to do this on a Mac, but unfortunately, I'm using a PC. I've tried ctrl shft 4 but it isn't working :(.
