Did you purchase a 38mm or 42mm? The band sizes are not the same, and the largest band, for the 38mm is for up to 180mm wrists, and the 42mm is up to 200mm wrists. There is no extension for the watchband. If you have a wrist larger than the band size, you would have to either return the watch, or get a different band.

I bought the band for my 38mm watch.   It fix but very difficult to place since is too tight.   Thank you for your answer.

One of the things they recommend before making a purchase of the watch is to determine if the bands fit. You have the ability to try the device on at an Apple Store, and the dimensions for the band are listed on the web site. If your wrist is larger than the upper number I quoted for the 38mm watch, then you may have needed to consider the 42mm. The 42mm watch is wider than the 38mm, so the bands are not interchangeable. If the band is uncomfortable, you may need to consider a different band that would fit your wrist, and make sure that you take the time to use the measurement information provided.
