I'm a student in a classroom full of iMacs and I cannot log into my student computer. A red dot appears next to the username "Network accounts are unavailable".
I restarted the iMac a few times and the problem still exists.
iMac running OS X El Capitan.
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
That means the machine isn't connecting to the network / domain controller. We can't do anything about it. This is a user forum. Tell your teacher or report it to the school's IT department.
That worked!
I just asked the IT department and this guy came in and logged in with his own profile. I'm not sure what he did in the settings, but if anyone else is reading this, contact the IT department and they will take care of it for you.
