Can't download purchased tracks

Why I can't download my purchased tracks from itunes store to my PC?

Did you follow this:

Download your past purchases - Apple Support

If so which step failed? To help us help you, try being a little more specific,. Any error messages? There could be many, many reasons why you can't download previous purchases. Did you authorize the computer? Did you change your Apple ID? etc...

I've read this and checked all according to steps several times but it has not solved the problem. No any error messages. I didn't change my Apple ID since purchases (how I remeber). My computer is authorized. Content (three music albums) is available for redownload for my country (Russia). And I have all these purchases in purchase history of my account.
