Pop up saying please sign in with your Apple ID in settings when I try to use wallet but it crashes every time I press the settings option

Also, after restarting your iPhone and before trying again to add a card, go to: Settings > iCloud - check that you are signed in.

It may help to close all open apps on your iPhone and then restart - or if that does not help, force restart - your iPhone:

• On your iPhone, double-click on the Home button, then swipe up on each app preview to close it;
• To restart: press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears; drag the slider to turn your iPhone off; when it has finished turning off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
• To force restart: press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for around 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
