I have to pushed the phone in my ear to understand what the caller is saying, even then i dont understand and my ear hurts.

I have tried all hearing aid option and everything. plus also maximize my volume during call its helpless. plz tell me how to fix it.

i have also reset my phone. also cleaned the speakers.
