Has anyone else encountered the problem I did when trying to register online with this company? I was unable to do so, and when I contacted the company's web support, I was told that they were having problems with mac users registering, and that I would have to manage my financing account on the phone. I can't believe Apple let this problem slip by. I purchase my products from Apple, finance the purchases with their company of choice, and then I am told I cannot access online banking with them!?! I only do my banking and bill payments online. To have to punch-in scores of numbers on the phone after waiting a long time for the instructions is NOT acceptable. Come on, Apple. Do your homework.

The issue is not with Apple is that the company's software is not compatible.

What OSX version? If earlier the Mavericks and if you use Safari then the problem is likely that he Safari is out of date and Apple is not updating it anymore.

For 10.6.8 to 10.6.5 only FireFox is currently updating their browser to be compatible with those old OSX version.

Have you tried another browser?

What error message are you getting?

Well the rest of the internet apparently works with Safari so I'm going with Citizen One's tech guy is too busy trying to find the other half of that frosted jelly doughnut that fell behind his desk and what they probably need is to get someone in there that can make their webpage work on a Mac like the rest of the internet apparently has acomplished many years ago.

"I am using 10.11.3 on a macbook pro"

I can access the website just fine on a Mac running v10.4.11 and Safari 9.1.

Perhaps the problem is due to the fact that your Mac needs to update to v10.4.11. It's very important to keep your OS X software up to date for security.

Click your Apple  top left in your screen.

From the drop down menu click About this Mac

Make sure the Overview tab is selected then click Software Update.

Your Mac may restart several times during the update process. That’s ok.

Then launch Safari and try that website.

Just purchased an iPhone 7 through Apple and their loan program with Citizens One.

After using several different browsers on my mac book pro.... I still can't register on the their website.

Keep getting the blank screen after all information (loan# and first payment) is submitted!

All my browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) are up to date.

After reading several complaints about their website not working with Mac from as far back as last year.... How is this issue not fixed?

Do I have to use a pc to get onto their website?!

How can you say it is not Apple's problem? My phone was purchased directly from Apple and financed by a company chosen by Apple. Surely Apple should make sure their customers can access their accounts on devices purchased from Apple. I'm running the latest updates on all my devices (MacBook Air, iPad Pro, iPhone 7 Plus) and cannot access Citizens One website. I login and the screen goes blank. I have occasionally got on using the MacBook but then try again and nothing but a blank page. Yes Apple should take responsible for this. Apple chose Citizens One, not me.

And Citizens owns the website. Apple has no control over what Citizens may or may not be doing to it at any given point in time. I can access it with no issues on both my Mac and my iPhone.

Are you blocking Cookies on your Browser? If you do not have "Always" checked, you may want to try that and then try the site again. If it works, you should then be able to change the preference back to "Allow Only On Websites that I Visit".
