1 second long stripes

Hi! I have Macbook pro retina 2015 MJLT2, and after a few days of work i`ve notice that 1 sec long background stripes, every time when i change the view in Maya or open new project. Sometimes it happens when i open a new page in browser. I made the hardware test, but it said is all ok(( Thank you.
