I have a few different icloud accounts for different members of the family. How do I download full resolution (original) to the same computer without adding them all to the same photos account? I went on icloud.com/photos and picked the download option, but is this getting the full resolution download or an optimised version?

The only way I am aware of is to do a manual download at iCloud.com/Photos. Click Select Photos, then hold down the option/alt key while selecting the photos. Then click Download. This gives me full resolution photos.
