In the 'other middle east countries' link in Country Locator page, you can see Lebanon.
As I'm not sure which city or region there you would be nearest, I chose Beirut and so
the associated link (second one below) are the results are based on that selection...

From there, I chose 'Lebanon' from Sales selection, and entered 'Beirut' to view a map;
while you can enter any valid city, or zoom out in the map (link I generated going there)
to see IF other cities with independent sales, and service providers, appear at that view.

Since I'm vaguely familiar with a few cities in Lebanon, I took the liberty to look into more
but then settled on the largest one from a list I found here:

Hopefully you can contact an authorized reseller (check locations for authorized service, too)
and make some new acquaintances with those who can best help you with Apple products.
{Although I'm uncertain if any other independent authorized Apple reseller could or would be
able to ship to an address in Lebanon, that may be a possibility; per each reseller policy.}
