can't log into itunes from ipod 5 for the first time, get error that sends me to support, which explains nothing

I can't log into itunes from my old ipod 5 for the first time with new Apple ID, getting an error that sends me to support page, which explains nothing - same steps I used. Can get Podcasts, but can't verify info in iTunes from iPod


iPod 5 was used by other family members previously, but not since beginning of March and it's May now.

Apple Id was created roughly April, iPod logged in with it, logged into online Icloud - everything else works good.


Sent support an email, but have to wait 48 hours.


Any Help sooner than 48 hours??
