Flash sms warning?

I have never had this until today when i updated to ios 11.. i called apple and they asked me to go to settings/facetime-turn off face time wait lock screen wait then turn face time back on. touch wood it seems to be working.

Looking at your post it was a while ago what was your fix in case mine comes back

Flash messages are usually sent by the carrier. I'd suggest you start by contacting yours.

Those messages are from your cellphone carrier. You need to contact them.

Did you try to force restart the iphone?

I often open up multiple post in taps as I'm going through a forum. Sometimes, it means I've had a post up for a couple of minutes and, if I forget to refresh, I end up answering a few minutes after someone else with a similar answer. I try not to get bent if someone answers at close to the same time as me with the same answer. On the other hand, when it's quite a while later....... 😉

22 minutes later should have been ample time and they had to have seen it given their previous post.
