How do I access PDF files from iCloud on my iPhone?

I am hoping this is an easy item. I have a fairly extensive collection on iTunes. In the past I have generated a PDF file with all of contents of my collection. Then I would have this huge printed binder when I went to record stores. What I am hoping I can do is create the same PDF file but instead of printing it I would save it to my iCloud account (which I have but have never used). Then when I am at a record store I can pull up the PDF file from the cloud to make sure I am not buying duplicates of stuff. I am hoping this is as easy as it seams. Thanks
