Purchased song, but not available in my library.

I purchased a song in a iTunes store, but when I went to my library, and selected the song, I received a message stating that the song could not be located. I went back to iTunes and the song shows as purchased. What gives? How can I get it to show in my library, or re-download it?

The 'unable to locate' message means that actual music file is not where iTunes is expecting to find it on your computer - have you deleted or renamed any files/folders on the Mac ?

If you delete the track from the My Music section of your library (where you are getting that 'unable to locate' message), does it then show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes music store homepage for redownloading ?
