Q: Earpods

Hello recently i purchased an Iphone. I really enjoy using the earpods that come with the iphone. They re the only ones that fir comfortably in my ear. I was super excited to get to use them. But something is wrong with them. The left ear crinkles and makes noises when i move my head. And when i talk on the phone there's a strange clicking static noise coming from the on line mic. I was wondering if theres a way for me to fix them or to be sent new ones. They've been broken since i removed them from the package.
