how to access 10.6.1 20" iMac, locked out
Neighbor's 20" 2011 iMac. Widower. Late husband didn't leave passwords. Cannot access to upgrade, etc. Have saved necessary items. Want to wipe HD, upgrade to latest os. Suggestions?
