Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple Support unable to reset security questions

As stated in the title, is there any else I can do to reset the questions or am I stuck with a account with no hope of changing the questions.


Should also add in that I don't remember any answer to the questions.

This is not technically true. If the email address is removed by the Account Security Team, it can used again
