Why can I not access of my music in iTunes to sample in Logic X

Most of my iTunes music is greyed out. I can only drag and drop a few of my files in the Logic X browser window. Any idea what may be causing this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), iOS 9.3.1, using logic x

If these are commercial songs that you've purchased they are most likely copy protected using DRM (Digital Rights Management)
