If i deleted the "screenshots" album off of my iPhone will it delete off of my iCloud and/or MacBook Pro?

I accidentally deleted the album "screenshots" off of my iPhone. I am wondering if this will then delete all of those screenshots off of my iCloud and/or my photos app on my MacBook Pro.

If your MacBook Pro has iCloud enabled, yes.
