I don't want to "try the new Safari". How do I stop Apple insisting that I do?

I don't want to "try the new Safari". How do I stop Apple insisting that I do? Frankly, I refuse to try it on principal as Apple has taken it upon itself to only allow me to try "now" or "later"... How about NEVER!?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

Hit "Try Now" once and quit Safari as soon as it opens.

You already have Safari installed on a Mac running v10.10 El Capitan.

Where are you seeing this, "try the new Safari" at ?
