No night shift mode on iPad Air iOS 9.3.1 it doesn't appear on the settings.. Anyone faced the same issue?

I Can't find night shift mode even though my iPad Air has its iOS up to date and when I ask Siri to turn on night shift mode she answers "sorry but I can't do that right now, maybe later".. I do know that it is supposed to work on iPad Air so it got me confused

IF you swipe up from the bottom you will see the icon for it. It is supported on your device yes.

YOu you set it in display and brightness in settings.
