My "album only" songs didn't download
It says purchased next to those 4 songs because they were "album only", so they couldn't be bought alone, but they won't download. It won't even give me the option.
Suggestions?

I'm a bit unclear on your exact original purchase process, but if these are "album only" songs, you may want to see if iTunes is currently showing that you can complete this album, as outlined here:
