I am running IOS 9 and would like to determine when an app was installed. The app was downloaded via the iPad and is not on my computer so accessing itunes and checking via itunes is not an option. How can I do this via the iPad?

You can check for the date that the app was installed unless you keep all of the emailed receipts for your purchases from the App Store. If you save those emails, sort through them to find the date of installation. Otherwise, there is no way to find that date without using iTunes on a computer.
