Purchased iCloud Storage, billed, but not reflected

I purchased and additional 50GB iCloud storage, and my payment account has been deducted with $0.99. However, I didn't receive any email, and most certainly didn't have the 50GB reflected in my iCloud account. Can anybody assist?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1
