My pdf disappear after renaming a file

Hi everyone,

i have some problems with Ibooks App. When I rename one of my ibooks file.I have a lot of pdf file in the list. All books and pdf files disappear and I must restart my Ipad to get them back in the Ibooks list. Any Idea for this problem ?
