Mistake in email address for AppleID - not able to verify account
Hi There,
My son signed up for an AppleID. Unfortunately he typed in the wrong email address in the AppleID so he can't receive the verification email.
When I try to change his email address to the correct email address it gives me the following error:
this email address is not available for use as a new apple id
When I go to iforgot.apple.com and type in his email address it tells me that it is not associated with an AppleID.
Anyone got any suggestions?
