What smart controls are available for a digital piano as Midi CCs in logic remote?

Hi there,

I just would like to know what I can alter on my external digital piano over midi I.e. what would come out the piano's speakers itself. I.e. the midi control change parameters or in logic pro x terms, the midi channel strip parameters.

Screenshots would be real nice as well if possible.
