icloud is not uploading pictures from MAC photos app

icloud is not uploading photos from MacBook photos apps.

I have successfully upgrades my MacBook IOS to OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

The new photos app on the MacBook show all 22,000 photos

icloud photo library is configured in MacBook

my icloud.com account is set up for 1Tbps.

My network download speed is 87.87mb/s

My network Upload speed is 76.31mb/s

any idea why my photos are not uploading to Icloud?

I forgot to mention the photos are loaded in photos app and not referenced from a different folder so they should be uploading to icloud

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing.

Have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
