iPad mini will not let me send video email
IiPad mini will not let me send video to an email. It just sits in outbox.

Could be a number of different things. Here are a couple of items to check first.
In order to put the media file into the message, there needs to be free space on the device of an appropriate amount. How much free space is on your device and how large is the video file?
What's the maximum attachment size supported by the mail provider you're using to send the message? Have you exceeded that value with the size of the video file?
